TA = Tentative Agreement
A Tentative Agreement (TA) means that both the 海角吃瓜网 Board of Trustees鈥� bargaining team and the United Faculty of Florida (UFF) bargaining team have reached agreement on the language of a particular article or proposal.

• Tentative 鈥� The agreement is considered 鈥渢entative鈥� because it is not yet final until the entire Collective Bargaining Agreement has been reviewed and ratified by both parties.
• Binding Once Ratified 鈥� When the full agreement is ratified, all articles marked as TA become legally binding provisions in the CBA.
• Tracking Progress 鈥� Listing articles as TA helps the campus community track where consensus has been reached and where negotiations are still ongoing.
